First of all, I want to thank Jett, who has supported me a lot in purchasing as well as many other things; I am extremely satisfied with the quality here as well and the service here is very good. The doll arrived took around one and a half months (ordered on 05/03/2025 arrived on 21/04/2025). I ordered the doll to be exactly like the promoted pictures and receive the doll in exactly like the promoted photos. As rumors has it, the make up on both the face and the body of the doll has insane details, the eyes are also moveable. The weight is still manageable (I chose the soft silicone and ultra weight reduction options) and adjusting the limbs is surprisingly easy. The legs can be spread as advertised and so far has no tears. The gel-filled breasts were absolutely lovely. The hard hand and hard feet made dressing the doll up a breeze. Most importantly, Shedollโs WeChat responses were quick and helpful, I applaud them for updating me with every processing, from manufacturing to delivery. Additionally, some people might have a problem with the love holes tightness, so I would personally recommend 14 cm depth onwards. Last but not least, I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the product and would definitely buy from Shedoll again.

After I decided to get a sex doll in my life, I made the mistake of wanting a doll quickly and cheaply before my purchase here. Well, I was pretty disappointed with the quality and regretted it pretty fast. If you want a high-quality doll then you have to spend a lot of money on it. I spent a long time browsing through various shops looking for Asian-inspired dolls and none of them gave me as comprehensive and good advice as shedoll. Jess was open to every question and answered every question I asked in less than 24 hours throughout the entire process. Less than 4 weeks passed from choosing the doll to delivery and I couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent and the material is visibly and noticeably higher quality than my previous cheap, no-brand doll. Jenny looks beautiful (I love her cute but also cheeky grinning face) and the size and weight are just right for my needs. If I'm ready for a second doll in the future I will buy here again, thank you for everything!

The doll 10/10 so detailed and beautifully done, every detail was stunning! Everything looks so realistic I love her. Best part is the breasts they move,feel,look exactly like real breasts it's really impressive!
Shipping was fast although I hate ups and their garbage tracking. She was supposed to arrive Thursday but didn't come till Tuesday due to giving me an arrival time before she went through customs. Over all took about 2 weeks.
My only negative experience was I paid for the upgraded head with oral passage and softer skin and didn't get an oral passage her mouth is forever sealed. Jess told me it was a communication error between her and company and she apologize repeatedly her company didn't tell her they no longer offer the oral passage. Very disappointed but her head is still amazingly detailed and beautiful so ill learn to live with it. Also the lingerie I received didn't fit the doll at all which was a bummer. Jess sent some goodies to make up for it like the amazing customer service agent she is!
Only had her a week so will see how she holds up over time but so far super happy with the quality!

Fell in love with SHEDOLL's style when I first found it, especially Roy. ย Since then I have done a lot of research. and finally placed an order. Customer support was awesome and kept me on the update. Roy is perfect in every way just like I wanted, the TPE also feels really good. The sleeve part is a bit difficult to use once inserted though.ย Still a 5 stars because I'm very satisfied. Hopefully in the future the realism painting will be applied on the TPE too. Will continue to purchase from SHEDOLL only!
